Birchgrove, Shirley

A new 30 lot residential subdivision in Shirley. Clark Land Surveyors designed the layout, obtained the required subdivision consents, designed the civil works engineering and carried out the land transfer surveying.

We have also been engaged by builders to provide pegging and building location certificates.

Westpark Subdivision

Completed in 2006, Westpark created 82 new premium sites in the northwest of Christchurch.

Clark Land Surveyors developed the subdivision layout, assisted the consultant planners and engineers and carried out the land transfer surveying.

Russley Mews Subdivision

A premier subdivision created in conjunction with the Russley Golf Club. Clark Land Surveyors designed the layout, Civil Works Engineering and carried out the Land Transfer Surveying.

The Elms on Prebbleton

Completed in 2003, The Elms on Prebbleton created 70 new premium sites in the northwest of Prebbleton. It was one of the first major subdivisions on the northern side of Prebbleton, now one of the fastest growing parts of Selwyn District.
